Itinerary

Day 1 : Chennai to Pondicherry (150 km | approx. 3 hours)

Pondicherry is the corner of India that is forever France! On this day, a car (which you can use for sightseeing) will pick you up from a pre-informed location in Chennai and will drive you to your hotel in Pondicherry. Once you have checked-in, spend the day at leisure. Later, return to your hotel for a comfortable stay.

Day 2 : Local Sightseeing

On this day, wake up to a delicious breakfast in the hotel you can visit Auroville, an experimental township, where people of different nationalities, beliefs and cultures live together in peace. Auroville's main attraction is the Matrimandir, a 30 metres high dome significant to yoga practitioners. After a visit to Auroville, you can visit the Serenity Beach, one of the most picturesque beaches in Pondicherry. The beach is known for its being quite and extremely beautiful. You can spend time relaxing or just taking a swim without being bothered by anyone.

Day 3 : Local Sightseeing

On this day, wake up to a delicious breakfast in the hotel and you can visit the Aurobindo Ashram, a place visited by thousands of people from all over the world. Once you are there, you can visit the library and crafts centre that is known for its perfumes and Ayurvedic medicines. Later, you can head out to the Old Town of Pondicherry, which is known for its marvellous French Quarter and Tamil Quarters. The old town has a distinctive ambience about it, and it is here that the French presence can still be witnessed

Day 4 : Pondicherry to Chennai (150 km | approx. 3 hours)

On this day, check-out from your hotel, and spend the day at leisure. Later, you will be driven from your hotel in the car provided to your pre-informed drop location in Chennai.
